Term dates & calendar
We’re open during term time only, and follow Oxfordshire school term dates as closely as possible.
INSET days
We typically have five INSET (staff training) days during the school year, and they’re shown in the dates below. Occasionally it may be necessary to add an extra INSET day during the year.
When we may have to close
Because we’re on the Sonning Common Primary School site, we can’t open if the main school site is closed. The primary school makes these decisions and we must follow them – sometimes at very short notice, for example when bad weather makes the site unsafe.
